Graphic Design

I graduated from Maloney High School in Meriden Connecticut. After that I attended Central Connecticut State University for 4.5 years and gracuated with a bachelors degree in Graphic Design with a concentration of Managment Information Systems and Computer Science.

After graduating it took me some time to find a job in my field but was eventually found a job at a company called Creative Energy. I worked there for nearly a year, until our entire web department got hired to an advertising agency called Martino and Binzer. I've been working at M&B for nearly 2 years now.

I work in Graphic Design and specialize in web design. My offical title Interactive Developer which is kind of a cross between a designer and a programmer. I am adequate at using programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks, and Flash. I have just about mastered using Adobe Dreamweaver.

I do all of my development work in ASP, using MS Access as my database. In the future I hope to explore other programming languages such as PHP, Cold Fusion, and ASP.net. Also to learn other database structures like MySQL, and Oracle. I'd also really like to get into Flash Remoting and dynamic Flash development.

I do some freelance work on the side but mostly just websites for friends. My work schedule is busy enough that I cannot promise to meet any deadlines so I don't like to pick up too many projects.
